It has become an annual tradition...every year right after Christmas I put together a show at Whitney's/SHP with family and friends as guest singers and musicians. I never know what the lineup will be until the last moment...but I love playing emcee and hearing the surprises. A rockin' soprano sax solo...a six piece chorus singing "Hallelujah"...multiple singer songwriters...electric guitars...anything can happen! BUT, I can say that DC area singer/songwriter Emily Henry will return this year. Emily has just released a new album and recently opened for international act Boy and Bear at the famous Birchmere club in Alexandria, Virginia. Bottom line: this will be fun and don't miss it!
